Burnout is characterised by feelings of energy depletion or exhaustion, increased mental distance being less ،uctive at ،me or at work. Take a break It might sound obvious, but when the pressure is on, taking a break might feel impossible. If you think you’re heading toward burnout, it is absolutely vital to prioritise taking a break so that you can recharge and tackle what needs doing effectively. Thinking that you will take a break once you’re done might be leaving it too late.
Find your antidotes What is the opposite of burnout? Energy! Think about the activities that energise you and incorporate more of these into your life.
